JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is directed against the order dated the 5th day of May, 1998 in C. O. P. No.72/97 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Cuddalore.

(2.) The appellant is the complainant while the respondents are the opposite parties.

(3.) The complainant would claim that he is the owner of the Thatched House bearing Door No.40, Reddy Chathira Street, situated at Thirupapuliyur, Cuddalore. He would claim that he had been in possession and enjoyment of the house alongwith the members of his family. He had also paid property tax for the said house.
