JUDGEMENT

(1.) We heard the learned counsels for the revision petitioners - developer, and perused the material on record.

(2.) The dispute relates to delivering possession of the owner's allocation in the subject property to the owner by the developer as per the agreement entered into between the owner - complainant and the developer- opposite parties.

(3.) The District Forum had heard both sides, appraised the evidence and vide its Order dated 30.04.2014 partly allowed the complaint: Decision with reasons Admittedly owner's allocation has not been delivered.
