(1.) We have heard Ld. Counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order dated 29.03.2016 passed by the State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, West Bengal whereby the Appeal preferred by the Petitioner had been dismissed.
(2.) On perusal of the impugned order we find that upto last but four paragraphs the State Commission had narrated the facts and the arguments advanced bythe Learned Counsel for the parties. Next two paragraphs does not deal with any of the arguments of the Learned Counsel appearing for the parties herein and in the last but one paragraph it has recorded as follows:-

We are of the considered opinion that the State Commission was deciding the First Appeal and ought to have given some reasons even in brief as to why arguments advanced by the Learned Counsel for the parties are either acceptable or not acceptable which has not been done in the present case and, therefore, left with no other option but to set aside the impugned order and remand the matter back to the State Commission to decided it afresh in accordance with law.
