JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 05.02.2018, passed by the Rajasthan State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Circuit Bench at Jodhpur (for short "the State Commission") in Appeal No. 106 of 2011, filed by the present Petitioner against the Respondent herein.

(2.) As per the Office report, notice issued to the Respondent on 25.06.2018 has been received back with postal remarks "refused".

(3.) Accordingly, the Respondent is deemed to have been served.
