JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have carefully perused the Review Application No. 355/2018 as well as the impugned order dated 109.2018.

(2.) Every averment made by the Petitioner in his revision petition No. 2116/2018 has been carefully gone through and dealt with in the impugned order.
