JUDGEMENT

(1.) AT the request of learned counsel for various Banks, adjourned to 26th May 2008 at 11.30 A.M. for giving them opportunity to file necessary affidavits on the question posed in our order dated 21.4.2008, which is as under :

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the Banks are directed to supply a copy of the affidavit to the learned counsel for the RBI at least 2 days in advance.
