JUDGEMENT

(1.) Appellant/Complainant has filed present appeal under Section 27-A of Consumer Protection Act,1986 (for short, 'Act') against impugned order dated 5.9.2013, passed by State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow (for short, 'State Commission') in (Revision Petition No. 86 of 2011).

(2.) Appellant filed a Complainant Case No.414 of 1998 before District Forum, Ghaziabad, for deficiency of service against Respondent/ Opposite Party, which was allowed by District Forum vide order dated 27.08.1999 and operative part of which read as under;

(3.) It is stated by learned counsel, that no appeal was filed by either of the parties, as such order dated 27.08.1999 has become final.
