JUDGEMENT

(1.) This complaint has been filed by the complainant against OPs Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. for rejecting fire claim of the complainant.

(3.) The complaint was resisted by the OP insurer by way of written statement filed on 9/6/2011, wherein allegations are denied. As per OP insurer the claim of the complainant was repudiated because of the findings in the survey report which are reproduced below and many reasons which have been discussed in detail in the repudiation letter dtd. 24/12/2009. The averments regarding the pre- inspection, the insertions in the cover note policy and all other allegations are denied. Survey report dtd. 10/11/2009 is reproduced below:
