(2.) EARLIER , present Complainants had filed, Complaint Case No.376 of 2014, before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, West Bengal (for short, 'State Commission') against present Respondent/Opposite Party, seeking following reliefs;

(3.) THE State Commission after hearing the complainants on the point of admission, passed the following order on 16.12.2014;
