JUDGEMENT

(1.) COMPLAINANT is present in person. Parties have entered into compromise. The compromise deed has been filed, same has been taken on record. The Bank draft in the sum of Rs.3,00,000/ - has been given to the complainant as full and final settlement between both the parties.

(2.) THE complainant will withdraw the complaint against both the respondents.

(3.) THE case is therefore, dismissed as having compromised.
