JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking review of our order dated 20.02.2015, whereby the complaint was dismissed as withdrawn, on instructions from the complainant, who was present before us, along with liberty to approach the Civil Court for redressal of his grievance.

(2.) WE have considered the review petition. No ground for review or recall of our order dated 20.2.2015 is made out. The review petition is therefore dismissed.
