JUDGEMENT

(1.) Respondent/Complainant filed a consumer complaint against Appellant/Opposite Party before the State Commission, Mumbai, alleging deficiency in service on the part of appellant.

(2.) It is respondent's case, that he purchased a bread manufactured by the appellant, which contained few plastic contents.

(3.) The complaint was opposed by the appellant.
