JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision petition is filed by the complainant, Mrs. Parwati Devi whose complaint and appeal was dismissed by District Forum, Hissar and State Commission, Haryana, Chandigarh. Brief facts of the case are:

(2.) DR . Sapra gave a certificate that it was a case of burst tubal pregnancy and that tubectomy had to be done again as the previous operation was a failure. The District Forum has combined her case along with two more complaints and passed a common order stating that these complaints are of some nature and relied on an observation of medical text book Principles of Gynaecology by Sir Norman Jeffcoate which is as follows:
