JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this revision petition there is challenge to order dated 5.1.2012 passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Maharashtra, Nagpur (for short, 'State Commission') in First Appeal No.A/1821 of 2003 and order dated 17.2.2012 in Misc. Application No. MA/12/07.

(2.) VIDE order dated 5.1.2012 the appeal pending before the State Commission was dismissed in default due to non appearance of the petitioners.

(3.) THEREAFTER , petitioners filed an application for restoration of the appeal which was also dismissed by the State Commission, vide its order date 17.2.2012.
