JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellants are aggrieved by the order dated 11.10.1999 made by District Forum, North Goa in Complaint No.19/1996.

(2.) The appellants are the opposite parties and the respondent is the complainant before the Trial Court.

(3.) For convenience, the parties to this appeal shall be referred to as arrayed before the District Forum.
