JUDGEMENT

(1.) These 06 appeals, no. 644, no. 645, no. 646, no. 647, no. 648 and no. 649 of 2021, have been filed under sec. 51(1) of the Act 2019 in challenge to the Order dtd. 6/5/2021 of the State Commission in complaints no. 576, no. 577, no. 579, no. 580, no. 581 and no. 582 of 2019.

(2.) We have heard the learned counsel for the appellant (the 'builder co.') and for the respondents (the 'complainants') and have perused the record.

(3.) The Order under challenge is an interim order; the case has as yet to be finally decided by the State Commission. Its operative paragraph is reproduced below for reference:
