JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision petition has been filed under Sec. 58(1)(b) of the Act 2019 in challenge to the Order dtd. 6/12/2022 in Appeal No. 976 of 2019 of the State Commission Uttar Pradesh arising out of Order dtd. 4/4/2019 of the District Commission in Complaint no. 41 of 2018.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and have perused the record including inter alia the Order dtd. 4/4/2019 of the District Commission, the impugned Order dtd. 6/12/2022 of the State Commission, and the memo. of petition.

(3.) For better felicitation the impugned Order dtd. 6/12/2022 may be quoted which reads as follows:- The counsel for the appellant has kept the appeal pending for the last almost 4 years.
