REVISION petition no. 103 of 2013 has been filed against the order dated 20.3.2012 passed by State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Haryana, Panchkula('State Commission') against the order dated 26.04.2010 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Gurgaon, Haryana, ('District Forum') in Consumer Complaint No. 194 of 2006.
