JUDGEMENT

(1.) Revision petition no. 360 of 2009 has been filed against the order dated 04.09.2008 passed by the Rajasthan State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Jaipur in appeal no. 2041 of 2006.

(2.) The petitioner has failed to file the copies of the complaint filed by the respondent as also the written statement filed by the petitioner, if any, before the District Forum.
