JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application seeking review of the order made by the Commission on 1.4.2003 in applicants Appeal No.1361/02 on merits, was received by post. Not only that an order made on merits by the Commission cannot be reviewed by it, the application before the D. F. was also not competent and maintainable inasmuch as it related to the claim of interest payable on the amount of pension which, according to the applicant was received by him after much delay. Such dispute was stated to be pending before the Hon'ble High Court also in Misc. Writ Petition No.340/94. Thus there is no merit in this application and we see no necessity of issuing notice to the applicant while dismissing this application.
