(2.) Learned counsel for the respondents / opposite parties submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and that a joint application being I.A. no. 6282 of 2021 has been filed by the two sides to this effect.

(3.) No comments of this Commission on the contents and ingredients of the settlement said to have been arrived at.
