JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Anuj Chauhan, Advocate, for the complainant and Mr. A.K. De, Advocate, for the opposite party.

(2.) Fenasia Limited (the complainant) has filed this complaint for directing United India Insurance Company Ltd. (the opposite party) to pay (i) Rs.40826931.00 under policy nos.031600/11/08/11/00000048 and 031600/11/08/11/00000061 along with interest @12% per annum w.e.f. 12/8/2008; (ii) Rs.50.00 lacs as compensation, for mental agony and harassment (iii) Rs.5.00 lacs as cost of litigation and (iv) any other relief which may deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
