JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Review Application has been filed by the Applicants/Opposite Parties, namely, M/s. BPTP Ltd. praying for review of the Order dtd. 14/2/2022 passed by this Commission wherein the Consumer Complaint No. 2035 of 2018 filed by the Complainant Association was disposed of with the following observations:-

(2.) The Order dtd. 14/2/2022 has been sought to be reviewed by the Review Petitioners/Opposite Parties mainly on the following grounds:-

(3.) The Review Application was listed for hearing in Chamber on 9/3/2022 and notice was directed to be issued to all the parties. However, despite service of notice, nobody put in appearance on behalf of the Complainant Association.
