JUDGEMENT

(1.) BY way of present appeal, appellant has challenged impugned order dated 27.9.2011, passed by State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Mumbai (for short as 'State Commission ').

(2.) ALONG with this appeal, an application for condonation of delay has also been filed.

(3.) PETITIONER filed their written version and justified the repudiation on the grounds mentioned earlier.
