JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this revision petition, there is challenge to order dated 28.6.2010, passed by Kerala State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Thiruvananthapuram (for short, 'State Commission').

(2.) Respondent No.1/Complainant filed a complaint alleging deficiency of service on the part of petitioner/respondent no.2(being O.Ps. No.1 and 2) in not completing the finishing work of the residential building owned him and thereby claimed refund of Rs.4,50,000/- with compensation under various heads and also costs.

(3.) Petitioner as well as respondent no.2 filed separate written version denying the alleged deficiency of service on his part.
