JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is directed against the order dated 25th day of July, 1996 in O. P. No.52/1996 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Tuticorin.

(2.) The appellants are the opposite parties 1, 2, 4 and 5, the first respondent is the complainant while the second and third respondents are respectively the opposite parties 3 and 6.
