JUDGEMENT

(1.) This complaint was filed by Atul Vihar Kalyan Samiti a registered body of the residents of 81 owners of the apartments of 'Atul Vihar Building Complex' alleging several deficiencies on the part of 1st opposite party, M/s. Dubey Construction Co., Jabalpur.

(2.) THE complaint is that after attracting the prospective buyers through alluring advertisements, the 1st respondent was successful in his effort and the prospective buyers entered into an agreement for purchase of flats but when they moved in the flats several deficiencies were noticed.
