JUDGEMENT

(1.) WHILE admitting this petition, we passed the following order :

(2.) IN response to the notice so issued respondent/complainant has appeared through the Consumer and Human Rights Forums. An advertisement published in Punjab Kesari, (Jalandhar Edition) has been brought on record which clearly shows that a free Akai 14" CTV is given to any purchaser in either of the schemes, AK-2167 or AK-2107. We put it to Mr. Devender, owner of the Durga Electronics that in view of the advertisement being appeared in leading newspaper, he could not deny the fact that offer of free 14" CTV applies to both the Schemes. IN this view of the matter, there is no merit in this revision petition. The revision petition is dismissed. Revision Petition dismissed.
