JUDGEMENT

(1.) RA/84/2021 has been filed by the Appellant against the order passed by this Commission dtd. 23/8/2021 in FA/98/2021, whereby the Appeal was dismissed.

(2.) I have carefully gone through the review application as well as the impugned order dtd. 23/8/2021. Order dtd. 23/8/2021 was passed after hearing the Appellant in person and carefully examining the record. I do not find any error apparent in the impugned order which would warrant a review in the matter.

(3.) Accordingly, the review application is dismissed.
