JUDGEMENT

(1.) ON a consumer complaint filed by the petitioner, the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Faridabad granted the following relief while accepting his complaint:-

(2.) AGGRIEVED by the aforesaid order, the petitioner carried the same in appeal to the State Commission, which has dismissed the same by its order dated 29.12.2010 both on ground of limitation and on merits and hence the present revision petition challenging the same.
