JUDGEMENT

(1.) Complaint in this case seeks following reliefs:

(2.) The reliefs claimed show that elaborate enquiry is required to be conducted in the complaint. Complaint alleged that the opposite party-bank had been deficient regarding the encasement of various bank guarantees, intermingling of several accounts of the complainant which complainant was maintaining with the opposite party. Because of these deficiencies of the opposite party-bank, complainant says that he suffered financial loss and also loss of reputation/goodwill, mental agony and loss of business. For all these reasons, various reliefs have been claimed. The complaint raises various complex issues both of law and facts. Considering that this Commission has to decide a complaint within a set time schedule and exercises summary jurisdiction, this complaint in our view is not fit to be entertained by the Commission. Accordingly, we dismiss this complaint and leave the complainant to seek his remedy before appropriate forum.
