(1.) THE Appeal No. 1 is an appeal against the Order of 15th February, 1990 in State Commission Case No. 37/SC/89 on the complaint of Shri M.K. Gupta, appellant here.

(2.) THE Appeal No. 2 is also an appeal against the Order of the State Commission of the same date in the same case No. 37/SC/89.
