JUDGEMENT

(1.) Orissa State Electricity Board, now GRIDCO as appellant have filed this appeal against the order dated 17.7.1995 of the District Forum, Balasore.

(2.) The respondents are the residents of village Haladipadar of Basta Police Station in the District of Balasore and consumers under GRIDCO.

(3.) The transformer was burnt in January, 1993 and same was restored after one year as revealed from the orders of Court below.
