JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is directed against the order dated 29th day of July, 1997 in O. P. No.90/ 96 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Nagapattinam.

(2.) The appellant is the first opposite party. The first respondent is the complainant while the second respondent is the second opposite party.
