THE information in the present matter has been filed by Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking of Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (hereinafter, the 'Informant'/'BEST') under section 19(1)(a) of the Competition Act, 2002 (hereinafter, the 'Act') against M/s. Tata Power Company Limited (hereinafter, the 'Opposite Party' or 'TPC') alleging contravention of the provisions of section 4 of the Act.
