(1.) THE information in the present case was filed by M/s Magnus Graphics ('the Informant') under section 19(1)(a) of the Competition Act, 2002 ('the Act') against M/s Nilpeter India Pvt. Ltd. ('the Opposite Party No. 1'), Mr. Alan Barretto, Managing Director of Nilpeter India Pvt. Ltd. ('the Opposite Party No. 2'), Mr. Manish Kapoor, Sales Manager of Nilpeter India Pvt. Ltd. ('the Opposite Party No. 3') and M/s Sai Com Codes Flexo Print Pvt. Ltd. ('the Opposite Party No. 4') alleging, inter alia, contravention of the provisions of sections 3 and 4 of the Act in the matter.
