THE District Forum allowed the complaint in part and directed the opposite party to execute the sale deed and hand over registration sale deed along with other relevant documents to the complainant and directed the complainant to pay a sum of Rs. 10,000/ - to the opposite party within one month from the date of receipt of its order.
