(1.) The unsuccessful complainant is the appellant.
(2.) Complainant filed a complaint against the respondents/opposite parties claiming for compensation of Rs.40,000/- for the deficiency of service and to repay Rs.1,600/- and Rs.18,681/- with interest for wrong auto debit made in his Savings Bank Account and for Rs.6,00,000/- and Rs.10,000/- respectively for mental agony and pain and deficiency of service and for the costs. Before the District Forum opposite parties/respondents failed to appear and they were set exparte and on the basis of materials placed by the complainant, after enquiry the District Forum dismissed the complaint by deciding that there was no deficiency of service by the opposite parties.

Aggrieved by the order the complainant has come forward with this appeal alleging that the District Forum erroneously dismissed the complaint without going in to the merits of case put forth by the complainant and based on the facts that the appellant had failed to produce pass book or statement in support of the claim of settlement.
