JUDGEMENT

(1.) The opposite parties 1 and 2 are the appellants.

(2.) The respondent/complainant filed a complaint against the opposite parties/appellants for deficiency of service claiming Rs.6,350/- towards the cost of two mobile phones with 24% interest and for Rs.914/- for the loss sustained and Rs.60,000/- as compensation.

(3.) The District Forum, Trichirappalli, after enquiry, allowed the complaint and ordered to pay Rs.6,350/- after receiving back two mobile phones and for Rs.2,500/- as compensation for the mental agony and a cost of Rs.500/-.
