JUDGEMENT

(1.) This civil review petition has been filed by the plaintiffs for reviewing the judgment passed by this Court on the 20th day of November, 2014 in Civil Appeal No.189 of 2010 allowing the same. The said appeal arose out of the judgment and order dated the 14th day of May 2009, passed by the High Court Division in Civil Revision No.3839 of 2001 making the Rule absolute.
