(1.) This Rule was issued calling upon the respondents to show cause as to why the exparte decree dated 22.04.2012, passed by the Artha Rin Adalat, 4 th Court, Dhaka in Artha Rin Suit no. 124 of 2010, should not be declared to have been passed without lawful authority and is of no legal effect.
