JUDGEMENT

(1.) Delay in filing of this petition is condoned. The Ministry of Law and Justice seeks leave from this court from a judgment of the High Court Division in Writ Petition No.7428 of 2007. The writ petition was filed by one Md. Abul Kalam Azad and three others challenging the memo dated 24th July, 2007 issued by the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs canceling their appointments dated 14th January, 2007.
