JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision is at the instance of the Secretary, Railway Division of the Government of Bangladesh being defendant No.2 of Title Suit No. 219 of 2005 instituted by the opposite party No.1 and 2 (plaintiffs) in respect of the legality of the acquisition the suit land including the graveyard located therein in LA Case No.27 of 1959-60 and release thereof.
