JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Rule at the instance of plaintiff-appellants, was issued on an application under section 115 (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure to examine the legality of judgment and order dated 8.5.2003 passed by the District Judge, Sunamganj in Miscellaneous Appeal No.4 of 2002 summarily dismissing the appeal on rejection of an application for condonation of delay in filing the miscellaneous appeal.
