This Rule Nisi was issued questioning the legality of an auction notice published in the Daily Janakanta on 9.5.2008 for sale of the petitioner's property on the basis of a certificate issued in favour of Bangladesh Shilpa Bank, Pabna branch under section 33(7) of the Artha Rin Adalat Ain, 2003.
