JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Rule at the instance of a borrower, was issued for a mandamus upon the respondent-officials of Sonali Bank to allow the petitioner to pay off his debt by taking opportunity under a special scheme adopted by the said bank for exemption of interest favouring the defaulting-borrowers of particular categories.
