JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Rule Nisi was issued calling upon the respondents to show cause as to why the Order dated 21.4.2004 passed by the Artha Rin Adalat, Khulna in Title Execution Case No. 83/1998 (Annexure-E) should not be declared to have been passed without any lawful authority and is of no legal effect.
