STATE OF SIKKIM Vs. FINPANDA TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This matter was heard on 8/12/2025 and the next date for orders was on 26/3/2026. However, due to the new calendar, the Registry was directed to pre-pone the matter and it was done for 12/2/2026. The Registry's report dtd. 10/2/2026 reflects that neither the AD Card nor the unserved notice has been received by the Registry with regard to notice issued upon the respondents No. 1, 2 and 3. However, postal tracking report reflects that notices have been delivered to the said respondents.

(2.) The respondents are not present today.

(3.) Mr. Vivek Anand Basnett, learned Counsel, appears and submits that he does not have the vakalatnama but he was engaged prior by the respondents No.1, 2 and 3 and since he noticed that the matter was listed today, he has appeared. In such view of the matter, list on 1/4/2026, to await service upon the respondents.
