JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ms Laxmi Chakraborty, learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks adjournment on the ground that she is unwell.

(2.) The matter has been pending for a long time and this Court would be hesitant to grant adjournment on the usual course, however, as it is the learned Counsel's ill health, there is no option but to adjourn for a short date.

(3.) The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents also submits that she has to undergo cataract operation in the first week of March 2026 and therefore, seeks adjournment.
