This second appeal has been preferred by the two plaintiffs in respect of a judgment and decree dtd. 21/5/2025, passed by the learned District Judge, Special Division-I, Sikkim at Gangtok in Title Appeal No.04 of 2023 (Ambika Pradhan and another vs. Mr. Purna Kumar Pradhan alias P.K Pradhan and others). By the impugned judgment, the learned Appellate Court has been pleased to dismiss the title appeal while observing inter alia as follows:-
